AC_D15: A wild Uchiha appears

And chaose ensues, as expected.

Writing an Uchiha seemed like a fun thing to do for today- the 15th day of the Advent calendar.

Warnings: Plot holes and a very impossible scenario. Not part of AtO

Harry had never considered himself directionally challenged but after the strange thick fog had filled the forest around him, he had lost all bearings. Even Hedwig seemed bothered by the low hanging fog and stayed perched on his shoulder.

As he moved forward in the hopes of finding some shelter from the disorienting fog, a pained groan and a wet cough made Harry pause. Feeling an intense sense of deja vu, Harry called out, "Hello? Are you all right? Do you need help?"

Just like the last time Harry had been in this situation, the person refused to answer and tried to muffle their coughs.

"I can still hear you," Harry muttered as he followed the muffled sounds. In a matter of minutes, the sharp metallic stench of blood in the air guided Harry to find a person slumped by a tree a few feet away.

Wearing battered red armour and covered in blood, the young man clutched his side and struggled to breathe. Before Harry could take a step to announce his presence, the long-haired man glanced up with a snarl on his blood-coated face and raised his sword only to pause and squint.

With a gasp that was half disbelief and half joy, the man croaked out, "Izuna?" and fell forward in a dead faint.

"What do you mean I have to go along with his delusion? He thinks I'm his brother," Harry said.

Tsunade looked apologetic but unrelenting. "He needs to be kept calm. If he thinks you're his brother and that keep him... calm, then I need you to play along."

"How can I pretend to be his brother when I don't know anything about him, let alone his name."

Tsunade twitched and rubbed her forehead. "That won't be an issue. His name is Madara."

"Izuna, are you sure it's safe to be in such a crowded place like this?"

Harry sighed and glanced at the slightly taller man beside him. "Yes, now move so we can get some food."

"But..."

"I won't leave your side," Harry said. "So stop worrying."

Madara scoffed. "Stop acting like Father. I'm not worrying." He rubbed at the bandages over his eyes. "Who said I was worrying?"

"If a medic said I had to keep my eyes covered for a week like you do, then I'd be worried too."

Madara's breath hitched and he tightened his grip on Harry's arm. "Are your eyes... is something wrong?"

"My eyes are fine," Harry reassured his pale companion as he led the way to a food stall.

"Nii-san!"

Feeling an immense sense of relief at the familiar face, Harry smiled, "Naruto, you're back."

"Who's Naruto?" Madara asked, his irritation unable to hide his confusion.

Naruto, in turn, stared at Madara. "So that's him, huh?"

Realizing that Naruto had been appraised of the situation, Harry nodded and said, "We were just headed to lunch. Do you want to come along?"

Naruto nodded with a serious expression. "You owe me tons of ramen, nii-san."

"Nii-san," Madara mumbled, keeping his head turned in Harry's direction. "Have you gone and adopted some brat, Izuna?"

"I'm not a brat!" Naruto snarled in outrage.

Madara turned to Naruto's direction and pursed his lips. "All right whelp. If Izuna, of all people, lets some no name like you call him nii-san, then he must have seen something in you. I'll trust his judgement in this. You can call me onii-sama."

Harry stood stunned by the strange turn of events.

Naruto looked even more indignant as he said, "Don't want to. Nii-san is the only family I need."

Before Harry make sense of things or get a word in to diffuse the situation, the two of them descended into childish bickering and name-calling.

I'd like to think that everyone other than Harry knows that this is young Madara from the past. Harry, not knowing who Madara is/was, just treats him like an annoying sibling- smacks his head when he argues with Naruto too much etc and gives everyone in Konoha heart attacks.

So, there's only 10 more days till Christmas- how crazy is that? I should probably try and get a bit more prepared for it.
